Suffering is generally tied to some combination of: - Non-acceptance of reality. - Non-understanding of reality (i.e. seeing a difference between your understanding of reality and what you experimentally see). If suffering is directly tied to our raw and unexpected exposure to reality, then each instance of suffering is actually a direct pointer to truth!
